The Scala dei Turchi (Italian: "Stair of the Turks") is a rocky cliff on the coast of Realmonte, near Porto Empedocle, southern Sicily, Italy. It has become a tourist attraction due to its unusual white color, as well as by its mention in Andrea Camilleri's series of detective stories about Commissario Montalbano.
Born near Darmstadt (Germany), Patrick moved to Haifa (Israel) 1983 and 1999 to Toronto (Canada) and after 20 years he relocated to Atlantic Canada (Halifax) in May of 2019. He worked for numerous worldwide known magazines and newspapers in Europe, Israel, USA, Australia, and India. He exhibits his work regularly in Germany, Israel, Canada, and the USA.
